DESIGN BUILD REPLACE FEED PUMPS. Project 653-12-105 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Roseburg VA Medical Center. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS THAT ARE SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). The project is located in Building 7 on the VA Roseburg campus. The main objective for this project is to provide design and construction services to replace the existing boiler feed water, and condensate transfer pumps and upgrade all associated utility systems to install new work. The project is mostly consisting of electrical and mechanical work. General construction work includes, alterations, electrical work, new pumps, panel board/MCC improvements/modifications, associated utility system modifications/upgrades, and necessary removal of existing feed water and condensate transfer pumps, pump starters, electrical, piping systems, construction and certain other items Expected Schedule: Issue of solicitation: April 9, 2012 Pre-Proposal Site Visit: April 17, 2012 Proposal Due Date: May 03, 2012 Award Date: May 21, 2012.
