Description

Statement of Work The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Pacific Islands Area (PIA) will be soliciting for proposals for the establishment of Coastal Sampling Sites; Water Chemistry; Coral and Algal Community Monitoring; Minimum Sample Sizes and Timing as set forth in the attached Statement of Work. The solicitation number is AG-9251-S-12-0001 and will be issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code(s) and business size standard(s) describing the products and/or services to be acquired under this solicitation are NAICS Code 541380. Proposals received will be evaluated based on factors; past performance, technical proposal, organizational capabilities and price. When combined, past performance and technical proposal factors are significantly more important than price.
