- Annual Bulk Petroleum Purchase for Western Pacific and Middle East Regions Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency - Defense Logistics Agency Energy, 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6222 Description: The annual bulk petroleum requirements for the Western Pacific region are F76, JA1, JP5, JP8, and RME180. These requirements may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to SP0600-12-R-0077. Details of the requirements for this procurement are as follows: Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377 Specification MIL-DTL-16884L dated October 23, 2006 Quantity: 446,750,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1a Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5), NSN: 9130-00-273-2379 Specification MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004 Quantity: 136,040,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1c Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816 Specification MIL-DTL-83133H, dated October 25, 2011 Quantity: 152,190,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1h Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026 Specification UK Defence Standard 91.91 Issue 7, Publication dated February 18, 2011 Quantity: 407,000,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1h Fuel Oil Intermediate (RME180), NSN: 9140-01-443-5048 International Standard ISO 8217, Issue 4, Publication dated June 15, 2010 Quantity: 6,000,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1a Delivery Period: Under Purchase Program 1.1a, 1.1c, and 1.1h, the delivery period is from January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2013, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period. Solicitation Availability: This solicitation will be available in draft form only on the World Wide Web at www.fedbizopps.gov on or around April 20, 2012. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. Once the final solicitation has been issued, you will be advised separately to submit an offer and will be requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time of the solicitation once identified.
