Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is N0463A-12-T-0006. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, 19 Jan 2009. The relevant NAICS code is 325120 with small business size standards of 1000 employees. Quotes are due on 16 April 2012 at 10:00a.m. (EST). Quotes should be submitted to Corey Rezner by email (corey.rezner@navy.mil). The Navy Experimental Diving Unit, 321 Bullfinch Road, Panama City, FL 32407 has a requirement for Helium Tube Trailer, CGA 580 (HH UOM), 1,800.00 CCF. All work shall be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The provision at 52.212-1, (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial), applies to this acquisition. Successful offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) and provide Reps and Certs FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, acceptable to provide Reps & Certs provided by vendors through ORCA.
