Thank you for your cooperation. ============================= This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only providing offerors notification of Request for Proposal (RFP) available soon for a requirement of services generally described below. This is the second stage of Acquisition Cycle after a Sources Sought notification had been issued earlier. It is anticipated the RFP, Solicitation Package will be published in the Federal Business Opportunities on or about March 22, 2012. The contract will consist of singular Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINS), representing a Firm Fixed Price with option years. The requirement is also set aside for Total Small Business. General Description: The Department of Health and Human Service (DHHS), Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) has a requirement for providing Teleradiology services interpretations of electronic medical images for x-ray, computed tomography (C.T.), and ultrasound. Services include emergent (24/7) Teleradiology services. Reading all plain Radiographs (X-ray), Sonograms, Fluoroscope studies, Computerized Tomography (CT) studies, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) studies, Dual Energy X-ray Absortiometry (DEXA) scans and other diagnostic radiology studies. Studies will be designated by the Diagnostic Imaging Department as "routine" or "emergent" (24/7). Emergent studies will not exceed 20% of the total study volume. Additionally, on-site scheduled weekly visits by a board certified radiologist for the purposes of performing radiology procedures is also required. The contractor must also meet or exceed all DHHS, IHS, and local hospital information technology integration requirements.
