Description

DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure eight (8) Ultimate Building Machines to be shipped to Port Huneme, CA. Solicitation is other than Full and Open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). (Sole source) A technical data package specifying the salient characteristics of the machines is included in the solicitation, however; the decoiling and software requirements are proprietary to M.I.C. Industries, CAGE 1YQN0. The solicitation is amended to issue on 4/10/2012 and close on 04/30/2012. The anticipated performance period is 120 days After Receipt of Award. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
