- Expressions of Interest Sought Succeeding Lease - Robinson, Illinois The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Robinson, Illinois. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,775 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,150 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is a maximum of 10 years not to exceed 09/30/2022. The space must be available for occupancy three (3) months after award. The delineated area for the Crawford County USDA Service Center, in Robinson, Illinois is within or fronting the following boundaries: North: beginning at the intersection of n 920th St & E 1325th Ave, heading East to the intersection of E 1325th Ave & N 1150th St, heading South to the intersection of N 1150th St & E 1275thAve, heading East until 1275th Ave becomes E 1300th Ave then continue East to the intersection of E 1300th Ave and Hwy 1. East: beginning at the intersection of E 1300th Ave and Hwy 1, heading South to the intersection of Hwy 1 and E 900th Ave. South: beginning at the intersection of Hwy 1 and E 900th Ave, heading West to the intersection ofE 900th Ave and N 900th St/Co Hwy 10. West: beginning at the intersecetion of E 900th Ave and N 900th St/Co Hwy 10, heading North to the intersection of Co Hwy 10 and E 1200th Ave, then heading East to the intersection of E 1200th Ave and N 920th St, then headng North to the intersection of N 920th St and E 1325th Ave. Other applicable requirements include: • 23 on site hard surface parking spaces • Specific Information Technology requirements The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
