Description

N40443-12-R-0117 Work Item (WI) Descriptions USNS BRIDGE (T-AOE 10) Voyage repair (VR). VR to encompass 30 different work items (see attached WI description). Tentative VR Period of Performance (POP): 4 June 2012 thru 8 July 2012. Anticipated Performance Location: Everett, WA. Note: Due to Navy port availability, performance location may be moved to other location located West Coast CONUS. Ship Check Notice. A ship check is scheduled for this procurement. Due to operational commitments, ship check will take place in Brisbane, Australia. Ship check tentatively scheduled to be held on 25 April 2012. Ship check POC and other details to be provided upon issuance of solicitation. (Note: Attendance at a ship check is at the discretion of an Offeror. As such, the Government is NOT responsible for any/all costs related to attending a ship check.) Important note: EPIC clearance IS required for ship check. EPIC form will be provided with solicitation. Tentative Schedule of Key Events 18 April: Solicitation Issue 25 April: Ship Check 27 April: Pre-Bid Questions Due 1 May: Responses to Pre-Bid Questions Issued 8 May: Proposals Due 22 May: Contract Award 4 June: Begin POP 8 July: End POP
