- Description
- This is a J&A. This is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. PR 0043044093, NSN 5306-01-460-6365, the Boeing Company, Cage 77272 or Goodrich Corporation, Cage 13002 with P/N 901-036-196-105, and Bolt Machine. This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 110 each of Bolt Machine. Requested terms will be FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 540 days ARO. Configuration Control applies. This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The issue date is on or around 12/01/2011, and the closing date is on or around 01/03/2012. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
