Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to conduct a competitive procurement for a Firm Fixed Price Contract to acquire eighty-four (84) rolls of 3M Surface Protection Film 3952-36375 with Poly Liner, dimensions 24' x 72 yd. NSWCCD is requesting sixteen (16) rolls of the material to be delivered by August 1, 2012, and the remainder sixty-eight (68) rolls to be delivered by November 1, 2012.
