- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Tekscan, Inc., 307 West 1st Street, Boston, MA 02127, for a platform pressure measurement system for the Department of Systems Engineering, U.S. Military Academy. The total award amount is estimated to be $31,395. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 339999 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is so lely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
