- Solicitation QSDM-J3-110443-D is issued on 2/23/2012. This is a Requirements contract solicitation for 13 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in 8010 Federal Supply Class issued by GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center (HSOC). The resultant Requirements contract(s) are intended for use by HSOC Contract Specialists and Contracting Officers ordering NSNs only. Contract will be Fixed Price with a one year base period and four one-year options and an Economic Price Adjustment clause. This procurement will consist of fifteen (15) National Stock Numbers however only thirteen (13) of the NSNs will be awarded. Items 1 and 10 will not be awarded under subject solicitation as they have been removed from the Stock Program. Items 2, 3, 4 and 11 and 12 are Total Small Business Set Asides. The contract period will be 7/1/2012 OR date of award whichever is later-6/30/2013 with 4 one-year options. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 45 days after receipt of order or less and FOB Destination to the Stock Depots in French Camp, CA and Burlington, NJ. Direct Deliver orders are to be FOB Origin. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Specific details regarding the LPTA method of award are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). Vendor response documents, SF 1449, any amendments, Military Marking Document, additional fill in clause attachments, Self-Certification Documents and any other required information are due by 2:00 PM on Wednesday 4/11/2012 to the address specified in the Cover Page Section of the solicitation. Please ensure that the past performance questionnaires are completed by your three references and sent via email (paula.schulte@gsa.gov) or fax (816-926-3678) to Contract Specialist Paula Schulte by the date 4/18/2012 as stated in the questionnaire.
