- This is an update to inform industry that the release of the final request for proposal for PMSS3, solicitation W52P1J-11-R-0059, has been further postponed. The expected timeframe has been moved to mid to late 3QT FY12. Additionally, in accordance with Final rule for Small Business Size Standards: Professional, Technical, and Scientific Services, as published in the Federal Register, Vol. 77, No.28, February 10, 2012, the size standard for NAICS Code 541611 has been increased from $7M to $14M. This affects the NAICS Code found in the PMSS3 draft request for proposal posted August 23, 2011.
