- Description
- The US Army Medical Command Southern Region - East has a requirement for de-installation, transport and reinstallation of a GE Definium 8000 Digital Radiographic System. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is GE Healthcare, 3000 N Grandview Boulevard W-442, Waukesha, WI 53188-1615 1 each de-installation, transport and reinstallation of a GE Definium 8000 Digital Radiographic System. System ID #: 706787ORTHO, Serial #: 00005. The system will be de-installed and moved from Building T-301, room #: 158, Fort Gordon, Georgia and reinstalled at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Building 300 East Hospital Road, room #: 2N-08. De-installation will include a functional check of the system and any appropriate software back-ups prior to removal and all preparation necessary to ready the system for transport. Reinstallation will include the physical installation of the equipment, calibration to system specifications and HHS testing as necessary to meet all FDA and State requirements. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Point of Contact: Linda M.
