Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking sources that have the skills, experience and knowledge require to successfully manufacture an H-60 Ramp Alignment Fixture. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Hubzone, 8(a), Small, Small disadvantage, large business, etc) relative to NAICS 336413. The estimated value of the acquisition is approximately $2.5 million. The contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract. A request for proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be released within the next 2 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336413, Small Business Size Standard 1,000 employees. The �DRAFT � performance work statement and additional sources sought information is attached. If you believe that your company has existing qualified personnel, relevant past performance experience, and the technical capability to meet the requirements in the attached draft statement of work, please submit the following: 1.Company name and mailing address 2.Company point of contact 3.Capabilities statement describing the ability to perform the summarized scope of work along with similar scope, size, complexity and relevance within the past 3 years: provide the name of the project, contract number, value and period of performance. Submissions shall not exceed 5 pages, not including the cover page(s). This notice is a Sources Sought, and is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations or an invitation for bid. Response is voluntary and the Government assumes no liability to reimburse contractors for either the effort or the associated costs to respond, or for any information provided. These costs remain solely the responsibility of the responding contractor. Information provided will be used solely for acquisition planning and market research purposes in determining the competitive atmosphere for this requirement. At this time proprietary information is not being requested, and respondents shall refrain from providing proprietary data when responding to this �sources sought �. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this sources sought.
