Description

RFQ AMENDMENT RFQ Solicitation N00421-12-T-0205 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name justification. Manufacturer must be CISCO and TANDBERG under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.211-6. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. See Attached RFQ and Amendment Anticipated award is April 13, 2012. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by April 02, 2012 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please quote all items or none. The Government will not pay for any information received. Fascimile proposals are acceptable, the preferred method is via email. Please send information to POC above.
