Description
This is a sources sought notice for information and acquisition planning purposes. This is not a request for proposals and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), San Diego requests responses from qualified concerns capable of providing: ITEM 0001: CONEX BOX (Dual A/C Units, R-30 Insulation, 110 and 220 volt electrical outlets, compressed air piping, overhead lighting configured to support machining requirements and rebuild capabilities), ISO certified 40 L x 8 W x 8 6 H, QTY (5). ITEM 0002: Tent for shielding of conex boxes from sun s direct radiant heat, 80 x 100 , QTY (1). Units are to be delivered to the Kingdom of Bahrain, destination TBD, with specific arrangements and modifications required (TBD). Delivery must be no later than 01 JUN 2012. No exceptions or extensions to this delivery schedule are permitted. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Interested business concerns should submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to provide the products described herein. No award will result from this sources sought notice. All responses submitted are for market research purposes only, as prescribed under FAR Part 10 Procedures. Responses should be received no later than 30 March 2012 at 1400 (PST).
