Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS) located in Biloxi, MS intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase with BrainTrain, Inc. in Richmond, VA to provide the items listed below. The proposed purchase action is for a computerized cognitive training / neurofeedback package for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all information received by 12:00pm CST, April 2, 2012, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS 511210 with a size standard of $25. 0 million.
