- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3rd Ranger Battalion requires an innovative and comprehensive Special Operations Forces Tactical Emergency Medical Exercise in support of the unit's pre-deployment training program. All participants will be Ranger First Responder (RFR) qualified, EMT qualified, and/or 68W1. Further description of this requirement located in PWS.
