Description

This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price spares contract for Machine Gun Grips, NSN 1005-01-523-9125GC, Part Number: 70102-08200-047, which is applicable to the HH-60 Helicopter. The contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus two annual options. The Basic year Quantity for the Machine Gun Grips is 15 each. Quantity Ranges for Option I & II are 1-10 each per year. Destination: Robins Air Force Base (SW3119), GA. Delivery: On or Before 29 June 2012. This is a sole source requirement to Contract Fabrication & Design, Reserve LLC., 5427 FM 546, Princeton, TX 75407-4763. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government for this solicitation. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 12 April 2012. Approximate response date is 14 May 2012.
