- Brand Name Justification Bill of Materials This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is for Brand Name only (Relm Wireless Corporation) replacement parts and supplies. See attached Bill of Materials and provide the requested information and price for each item. No refurbished items. Shipping will be FOB Destination. All items and quantities must be bid. Partial bids will be rejected. Bids are due 04/05/2012, 10:00 MDT. Delivery must be made within 30 calendar days of contract award. Contractor shall be actively registered in CCR, ORCA and not on the Excluded Parties List. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated into the solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price.
