Synopsis: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs, Rocky Mountain Network - Rocky Mountain Acquisition VISN 19 Contracting, Network Contracting Office 19, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave., Suite 900, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) VA259-12-Q-0246 for an unrestrictive procurement for a 3D Cardiac Mapping System for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), George E. Wahlen Veterans Medical Center, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. The 3D Cardiac Mapping System must be FDA approved. This is a Brand Name of Equal solicitation. Solicitation # VA259-12-Q-0246 will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about March 28, 2012, with a tentative closing date of April 6, 2012.
