Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Roche Diagnostics, 201 4th Avenue North, Suite 400 c/o Roche, Nashville, TN 37219, for continued maintenance of Roche equipment: MagNA Pure Compacts S/N MPCB0376, MPCB0528, MPCB0923, MPCB0722, MPCB1017, and MPCB1022; MagNA Pure LC 2.0 S/N LC2C00000080; MagNA Pure LC S/N LCPG1061; Lightcycler 480I S/N 1066; Lightcycler 1.5 (laptop) S/N 1408651 and 1408590; and Lightcyler 2.0 (laptop) S/N 1407711 and 1416437. Service will be for one year starting at date of award under classic service policy. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may use e-mail to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement before the expiration date of the advertisement.
