- RFQ Part 2 RFQ Part 1 Statement of Work The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plant Genetic Resources Unit (PGRU) located USDA PGRU, 630 W. North St., Geneva, NY 14456 requires the demo, repair and maintenance of two existing greenhouse shade curtain systems. The existing system is manufactured by Cravo Equipment LTD. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic or mail proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is AG-2328-S-12-0010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-57, effective 15 Mar 2012. This solicitation/RFQ is being issued as a Total (100%) Small Business Set-Aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238190 - Size Standard: $14.0. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, RFQ Number AG-2328-S-12-0010, is for the following commercial goods and /or services. The Contractor shall perform the services and furnish the materials expressed in the Statement of Work (SOW) identified on Exhibit A. This announcement and any other documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Internet site http://www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the website site for release of amendments (if any) and any other related documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the documents. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). REGISTRATION In order to receive any contract award, a vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). To register in the CCR system, visit http://www.bpn.gov or call 888-227-2423 or 269-961-5757. To register a firm in ORCA system, visit http://bpn.gov click on the Online Reps and Certs Application. Only one site visit will be scheduled as identified in the solicitation. Potential offeror's are required to provide the following mandatory information: Company name, contact name, street mailing address, telephone and fax number to establish a bidder's mailing list must be faxed to the COR by reference of the solicitation number and the project title.. REQUEST FOR THE RFQ TO BE SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (Exhibit A), terms and conditions contained in Solicitation AG-2328-S-12-0010. Acquisition Title is Repair and Maintenance of Greenhouse Shade Curtains. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, RFQ Number AG-2328-S-12-0010, is for the following commercial goods and/or services. Description: The Contractor shall perform the repair and maintenance furnishing all the materials expressed in SOW addition to the other requirements identified on SOW (Exhibit A) as applicable, Line Item Type: Firm Fixed Price, Terms: Net 30, F.O.B.: Destination, Inspection: Destination, Acceptance: Destination, QA: IAW commercial standards, Required Performance Date: Project must be completed on or before August 3, 2012, Performance Location: USDA, ARS Plant Genetic Resources Unit (PGRU), 630 W.
