Description

Reps & Certs Cooling Tower Replacement Little Rock Solicitation Cooling Tower Replacement Little Rock The work included in the attached solicitation documents will be performed at the Old U.S. Post Office/ U.S. Courthouse, 300 W. 2 nd St., Little Rock, AR. The work consists of the replacement of the exsiting Imeco Cooling tower and replace with new Tower. The estimated cost range for all work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is open to all Business Concerns. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. This is a negotiated procurement; there will not be a public bid opening. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation, support documents and monitoring the website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered. The solicitation closes on April 26, 2012 in accordance with the solicitation documents attached.
