Description

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, intends to extend the period of performance on order HSCEMD-09-F-00055 for a 5.5 month period to Deloitte Consulting on a sole source basis for Program Management and Budget Support Services tasks. Pursuant to FAR 8.406-6, the period of performance will be from April 16, 2012 through September 30, 2012. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed contract action on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
