Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The VBA Regional Office, Salt Lake City, Utah has a requirement for Cable Television Services at the VBA Regional Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. A Firm-Fixed Price award is anticipated. The contract is expected to be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Contractor is required to install all necessary equipment to perform the services. Service shall be accomplished on a monthly basis. Prospective offerors are encouraged to view this site frequently for any amendment(s) to the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 515210. The small business standard is $15.0 million. MONTHLY SERVICE: Provide all cable, wiring, and equipment needed to install cable television service and provide monthly service for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Regional Office, 550 Foothill Drive, Bldg. 590, Fourth Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah 84158, per specifications listed below and in accordance with all terms and conditions of the contract. E.1. GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: E1.1 The Government shall provide the following; 感ower at the location of the receiver and television site. 愛oof access. 感roof of landlord approval for installation of required equipment for cable service on roof of Building 590. F.1. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: F1.1 Contractor shall provide the following; 感rovide number of penetrations, location, size, and description of plans to re-waterproof site surface. 嵯rawing, description, and pathway of the cable. 嫂ll cable, wiring, and equipment necessary to install cable television service at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake City, Utah, Regional Office. 媲asic cable package to include all local and network news channels. 感rovide documentation, with offer, of any and all certifications required by State, local, and Federal law, for personnel installing the required equipment. 感rovide any repairs/maintenance necessary on installed equipment within 48 hours of notification by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or the Contracting Officer.
