- Description
- See Attachment for complete details The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking information on the capability of responders to improve antibody and/or affinity ligand constructs by increasing their thermostability and affinity while maintaining specificity. DTRA is seeking to identify opportunities to improve the speed at which constructs can be developed. The end goal of the Ruggedized Antibody Program (RAP) is to eliminate the need for a cold chain during storage and deployment while increasing the utility (by lowering the limit of detection) of currently used assays.
