- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic,Charleston, SC intends to award a sole source contract to L3 Communicationsfor the upgrade of an L3 automated communication resource managementsystem. This system consists of both software and hardware. L3 holdsproprietary rights to the software. A performance based, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery indefinitequantitytype contract is anticipated. The period of performance is expected to be abase year and two one year options. The applicable North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) code is 334220 and the size standard is 750employees. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.
