Description

Limited Sources Justification The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, intends to extend the period of performance on order HSCEMD-09-J-00115 for six months to Grant Thornton LLP on a sole source basis for Fee Management, Performance Management, and Risk Assessment tasks. Pursuant to FAR 8.406-6, the period of performance will be from March 16, 2012 through September 15, 2012. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action is within the discretion of the Government.
