- Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Innovation Data Processing, Inc. Innovation Data Processing (IDP) tools The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Facilities, Security and Contracts (FSC), Contracting, has a requirement for Innovation Data Processing (IDP) tools with Innovation Data Processing, Inc. The required services, listed below, are very specific and are not offered by other vendors. Required Services Renewal of Software Maintenance Quantity FDR/FASTCPK 1 ABR 1 OPM intends to issue a non-competitive award that will result in a purchase order to Innovation Data Processing, Inc. for a period of one year. This requirement is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Items. The authority for this award is FAR 13.106(b), soliciting from a single source; purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. All parties interested in this procurement must submit a capability statement within three calendar days from the date of this notice. Submissions after that date will not be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. Interested parties wishing to submit their questions, interest, and capabilities must do so in writing via e-mail. Oral and facsimile requests for information will not be considered. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required prior to execution of award. A detailed capability statement must be submitted to Karoline Starr at Karoline.starr@opm.gov and must include "Innovation Data Processing (IDP)" in the subject line of the e-mail.
