- If you have a question regarding this solicitation please fill out the attached document and submit it to me. Official Solicitation for Protestant Religious Education Coordinator Dyess AFB, TX intends to make a single award for a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator, with a period of performance 1 May 2012 thru 30 September 2012; with two (2) option years. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. This procurement will be a Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 with a size standard of $7 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 23 March 2012. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may download the solicitation for review. All prospective offerors submitting a quote must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) located at http://www.ccr.gov and complete the online representation and certification (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The contracting office for this requirement is the 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd St., Dyess AFB, TX 79607.
