Description

The United States Air Force, ASC/Operational Contracting Division, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio plans to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement to Emergency Nurses Association, 915 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016-6513 for manuals and indirect fees associated with the Trauma Nursing Core Course. The NAICS Code is 323117-Books Printing and the Size Standard is 500 employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers; however, all offers received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
