Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport LA, intends to award a contract for 'Dental Supplies' to include Brand Name or Equal to Titan Blis-Sonic SW Scaler Star Dental, Titan Nose Cones Star Dental, Cavitron 30K Sterimate Handpieces, and Miltex Hygiene Cassette Thompson 7 Double Rack. A single award will be made to include all line items. The solicitation is to be issued as Open Market (unrestricted). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339114 with a size standard of 500 Employees. This information is only used for classification purposes in the representation and certification portion of the Request for Quote (RFQ). Anticipated issue date is April 6, 2012 and anticipated date for receipt of offer is April 13, 2012.
