Description

Non Competitive Justification Software Maintenance Listing The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order with Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. PLM Division 1881 Campus Commons Drive, Suite 300, Reston, VA 20191-1519. A listing of Siemens software maintenance part numbers is attached. A copy of the Non Competitive Acquisition Justification is also attached to this synopsis. FAR provisions and clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to MSIC by FAX 256-313-7963 or email to Donna Tignor at tigor@msic.dia.mil. All proposals must be received by 2 p.m. Central Time March 28, 2012 and must be proposed FOB Destination.
