Description
Combined Synopsis Solicitation SF-1449 SCOPE OF WORK Scope of Work for 75 ton Rough Terrain Crane 1.) The purpose of this contract is to provide a minimum 75 ton Rough Terrain Hydraulic Crane. The crane shall have a minimum Boom Length of 100', Jib would not be needed but is acceptable. The crane shall be capable of lifting 15,000 lbs at a radius of 50' with out riggers fully extended. The cab of the 75 ton Rough Terrain crane must be able to mechanically move to an angle of 20 degrees for increased visibility of the boom load. 2.) Delivery date of the crane shall be on 30 March 2012. 3.) The Crane shall be inspected by a qualified person in accordance with EM 385-1-1 which is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual. This is available as USACE Web Site (http://www.usace.army.mil/CESO/Documents/EM385-1-1FINAL.pdf) 4.) In addition upon delivery of the crane, the crane shall be inspected with USACE personnel and contractor to verify the condition of the crane before it is in the possession of USACE. 5.) The Crane shall be delivered to the shore placement site on the North side of Wabasha, MN 55981. The drop off site will be within 1 mile of the intersection of Minnesota Hwy 61 and 5th Grant Blvd West. 6.) The Contractor shall quote a weekly rate for the Crane and include the cost for transportation of the crane to and from the job site. The contract should have a rental period for 5 weeks and an option for an additional 6 weeks. 7.)
