Description

125S2580-0008 - RFQ - Truck Driving School -Job Training The United States Probation Office, Central District of California, intends to procure vocational rehabilitation services (Truck Driving School) for Federal defendants/offenders using competitive purchase orders, pursuant to U.S.C. 3154 and 3672, the Second Chance Act (Public Law No. 110-119) and the Judicial Administration and Technicial Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law No. 110-406. A Contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) may be awarded to provide transitional/reentry services for Federal defendants/offenders supervised by the US Probation Office. A fixed price award for this request for quotation (RFQ) will be made based on lowest-priced, technically-acceptable offer. Prospective vendors shall provide truck driving school services to Federal defendants/offenders. Training shall provide instruction in a classroom and/or work-site setting designed for truck driving, and to assist the participant in gaining the technical skills and/or information required to successfully perform this specifc job. The vendor shall provide training services as outlined in the RFQ. Service are to be perfromed within 15 miles of the West Covina US Probation Office, located at 1901 West Pacific Ave, West Covina, CA 91790-2090.
