Description
C.1.1. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all management supervision personnel, training, equipment, material, supplies, and any other equipment and personnel to accomplish the tasks of providing catered meals specified herein except as specified as Government furnished. Services shall be provided during the hours and days specified herein. C.1.2. PERIOD: 1-6 April 2012 C.2. DESCRIPTION: The required services specified in this contract are catered meals for participating personnel during the execution of Junior Leaders Training (JLT) at Fort Aguayo, Concon, Chile: Base de Infanter a de Marina, Ave. 16 de Junio s/n, Concon, Tel: 252-2625 in support of PKO Americas 2012. C.3. SPECIFICATIONS: The Contractor shall establish a program to provide catered meals for participating personnel in support of JLT training. The Contractor shall provide a HOT breakfast meal, lunch and dinner. Meals are to be served from 0600 thru 0800 (Breakfast), 1130 thru 1300 (Lunch) and 1700 thru 1900 (Dinner) served at designated location. Breakfast will include juice, coffee, fruits, and two main breakfast dishes, cereal and milk. Dinner and lunch meals shall include salad, and two main entr es to select from, dessert and non-alcoholic drinks. Meals shall be served on disposable dishes and include disposable flatware and cups as appropriate. Contractor shall be responsible for clean up of all waste created from the serving of meals. C.4. EQUIPMENT: As a minimum the following items must be available during each serving period: Tables, Chairs, Table Cloths, Plastic plates & flatware, Condiments, All serving utensils, Steam trays with covers and heaters, Coolers, Coffee brewers and any other items deemed necessary to provide the service.
