- NSN: 6150-00-922-8887, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. "Source Control Item," General Electric Company, CAGE 07482, P/N 5014M45P02. Approved source(s): Unison Industries, CAGE 59501 and Page Chester, Ltd, CAGE 81482. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. Contractors must be JCP certified. Requested delivery is 150 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in Firm Fixed Price with clauses to include the possible 100% Quantity Option. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 4, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
