- Requirement is for a quantity of one (1) each Ground Handling Lift Trailer (Enhanced Centerline Stores Loader), NSN 1730-01-355-8410RN, part number 9383117-1, subject to First Article/First Article Test Plan/Report approval plus four (4) Options with the following quantity ranges, Option I: One (1) to Twenty Five (25) each, Option II: One (1) to Ten (10) each, Option III: One (1) to Twenty (20) each, and Option IV: One (1) to Twenty (20) each. Loader, used to load non-munitions stores onto aircraft, consists of a main frame, two hydraulically actuated main wheels with brakes, adjustable height nose wheel, and two caster wheels. Dimensions are Width: 54 inches, Height: 24 inches minimum, Length: 169 inches. Total Weight: 780 lbs. Delivery for basic requirement is 6 months ARO contract, shipping to FE5621, FOB origin. Option quantities are due 6 months after exercise of option. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 5 April 2012. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. The government owns the complete data package required to manufacture item. The technical data required to respond to RFP may be obtained at the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/) after posting. This proposed contract action is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data packages must be submitted in writing to jimmy.hicks@robins.af.mil with copy to tara.odom@robins.af.mil NO QUESTIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED BY TELEPHONE. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. The identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal.
