- GENERAL INFORMATION: Document Type: PreSolicitation Solicitation Number: 1CA2563 Posted Date: March 19, 2012 Current Response Date: April 2, 2012 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Realty Services, 300 N. Los Angeles Street, Suite 4100, Los Angeles, CA 90012, UNITED STATES. DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 1,374 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,195 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and three (3) reserved parking spaces. TENANT: U.S. Coast Guard LOCATION: The area of consideration is in Los Angeles, CA within the delineated area as defined below: North Boundary: Wilshire Boulevard West Boundary: Bundy Drive East Boundary: Beverly Glen Boulevard South Boundary: Olympic Boulevard. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, Class-A office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS (previously ADA) standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). Property located within a base floodplain (100 year floodplain) or wetland will not be considered. Offered space must be contiguous. POINT OF CONTACT: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via mail, e-mail or fax, and should provide the building name, address, floor plan, and the offered square footage. Response should also include a building flyer and a site plan. Brokers who respond on behalf of a building shall also provide written evidence of their authority to represent.
