- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received and provide a revised statement of work which can be located by clicking the link entitled "attached documentation" below. 1.) Question and Answer - A.) Question: May I bid with changes to payment requirements and adding in the CLIN001 thru 003, with the SOW? Is that the SOW or is it "Provide Catering Services of light refreshments. Answer: Please structure your quote in the manner detailed within the solicitation under "bid schedule". To further clarify, CLIN 0001-CLIN 0003 should reflect cumulative unit pricing and totals for each CLIN. For example: CLIN 0001 "Light Refreshments" - provide cumulative unit price for all food/beverages, then provide total price for this CLIN. Individual prices of each specific food and beverage item shall be incorporated as a separate attachment (such as an itemized breakout) to accompany your overall quote. To clarify, the statement of work is a document that describes the Government's needs. All vendors have been given access to the statement of work as a separate attachment to solicitation HQ0049-12-R-0058. You can locate the attached SOW towards the bottom of the solicitation which is where you will find a link entitled "additional documentation". Click that link and open the attached SOW. All interested vendors must ensure that the details within their proposals directly relate to what the Government requires the contractor to provide. All proposals must be submitted in response to this solicitation and in accordance with stated solicitation procedures. Any outside proposals will not be considered. B.) Question: "Your SOW requires staff and food at Packard Conference Center as well, and I want to confirm this with you...." Answer: Confirmed. Please note vendors must provide staffing and all other requirements as detailed in the attached statement of work. 2.)Revised Statement of Work Attached. 3.) Closing date for this solicitation has NOT been extended. Proposals are due 21 March 2012 at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. All proposals must be submitted via email only to charrsi.p.brightharp.civ@mail.mil
