- U.S. GOVERNMENT GSA Public Buildings Service General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Reston Delineated Area: West: Elden Street North: Elden Street / Baron Cameron Avenue East: Reston Parkway South: Fox Mill Road Sq. Ft. Warehouse / Storage: 14,046 Sq. Ft. Office: 5,385 Total Sq. Ft. 19,431 Space Type: Mixed Use - Warehouse & Office Term: 5 Years Firm with 5 Year Option Additional Requirements: • Loading dock with ramp and automotive bays with two roll-up doors. • facility must be able to accommodate a SCIF training and conference room. • Offered space must be contiguous. Submission Requirements: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address. • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (ABOA SF). • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative UGL Services Equis Operations. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100/500 year flood plain.
