SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen (NAICS 325120) This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice for the identification of potential vendors to provide Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen (to include tank rentals) for delivery to the VAMC Manchester NH. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, veteran owned small business or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing (size standard of 1000 employees or less). Consistent with VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include at a minimum: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com) and business classification.
