Description

The purpose of this notice is to update Federal Businesses Opportunities (FBO) with the status of the Geospatial Services and Support solicitation, number RNII-12-00TBD. After reviewing the capabilities statements received in response to the Sources Sought Notice posted on FBO August 3, 2011, it has been determined by the Department of Homeland Security that this requirement shall be a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 541370, Geospatial mapping service, with a Small Business Size Standard of $4.5 million. This solicitation will be open to any small business (small business, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), et cetera) that meets the above size standard, as determine by the Small Business Administration (SBA), without preference or added evaluation weight to type of small business. A combined synopsis/solicitation for this requirement should be posted within 30 days.
