Appendix 2 - Site Project Maps Appendix 1to Phase 1 - Pricing Schedule (For Information Only) SF 1442 (RFP W912P7-11-R-0015) THIS PROJECT IS NOW IN THE SOLICITATION PHASE: THIS PROJECT IS A 100% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE. This project is a "Best Value" two-phase design build solicitation, to be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 36.3. A detailed project description is being issued in Phase I with overall project performance requirements and design criteria for this project to be issued in an amendment for Phase II. Phase I proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will be selected to make an offer in Phase II. Selection of offerors in Phase 1 will be based on Construction Contractor & Designer Experience and Capability and Construction Contractor & Designer Past Performance. In Phase 2, proposals will be evaluated on Technical Approach and Price. A maximum of five (5) firms will be invited to participate in the second phase. THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR PHASE I ONLY, AND IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON 15 MARCH 2012. PHASE I PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON, 29 MARCH 2012. Prospective offerors are to respond to this Phase I solicitation only. After evaluation of Phase I responses, the Government will advise offerors of the status of their proposal. The Government will select not more than five (5) proposals determined to be the most qualified for participation in Phase II. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. The estimated cost for project is between $ 5 million and $ 10 million. Note 1. Contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this contract. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via FedBizOps. If you are not registered, the United States government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available only as a direct download. The solicitation will not be issued in a CD-ROM. Neither telephonic, mailed or fax requests will be accepted. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website daily for the solicitation to be posted, and for any posted changes or amendments to this solicitation. Note 2. There will be no pre-proposal conference for the Phase I solicitation. The pre-proposal conference may only be held for PhaseII solicitation. Conference date, time and location will be added by amendment to be issued to those offerors who will be invited to participate in Phase II. Note 3. There will be no site visit during the Phase I solicitation process. A site visit will be arranged only for those offerors who will be invited to participate in PhaseII.
