Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are not being requested. This sole source procurement is for maintenance and calibration for a Verigy 93000 SOC Test System this requirement includes two (2) option periods. Solicitation number is 2MJ2C001 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57 Set-aside: None; associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515; small business size standard: 500 employees. Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program: not applicable. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-S1. The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) intends to award a sole source contract to Verigy USA, Inc, 10100 North Tantu Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014-2540. FOB Point: Destination.
