Description

The Department of Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington is interested in gaining knowledge of potential qualified Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, including 8(a) Certified, HUBZone Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business firms capable of performing the following work: Maintenance and repair of existing Heating Air Conditioning Equipment and other mechanical equipment at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington DC. This service includes, but is not limited to, performance of Maintenance and Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and routine and emergency service response Twenty-Four (24) Hours, Three hundred sixty-five (365) days a Year Operation of HVAC equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, Roof gutters and downspouts. The NRL complex is a secure location containing approximately 70 facilities including research laboratories with strict indoor air quality and tight temperature & humidity tolerances. Service calls require 15- to 30- minute response times.
