- PLEAS SEND ALL QUOTES TO mary.k.lewis1@navy.mil. The Space and NavalWarfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has a requirement for APC REPLACEMENT BATTERY MODULE manufactured by CRITICAL COMPONENTS, INC. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334419, - Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a CRITICAL COMPONENTS, INC product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements CRITICAL COMPONENTS, INC IS LOCATED AT 120 INTERSTATE N PKWY STE 305 ATLANTA, GA 30339-2164. CRITICAL COMPONENTS, INC is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 30 JAN 2012. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to SPAWAR ATLANTIC, RECEIVING OFFICER, 1008 TRIDENT STREET HANAHAN, SC 29410. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:*** P/N WSRV-SYBT4-15 QTY 1 P/N WSRV- ONSITEBATTSWAP QTY 1 **This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name CRITICAL COMPONENTS, INC equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Mary Katherine Lewis, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 19 MARCH 2012.
