MAP SUITE SOFTWARE - ATTACHMENT 1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is SP4705-12-Q-0015. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, DFARS Change Notice 20110202. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 511210 and small business size standard is $25,000,000.00. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this requirement to obtain a contract for a Lecture Capture Software and a hosted site for these recordings. The software is required to ingrate into the current Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard, using a building block that is provided by the vendor. See the attached for additional information. Interested parties shall quote on the CLIN as identified in the attached on Page 3 of Attachment 1. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 1 April 2012 through 31 March 2013.
